The story
Why Freeze Your Mind Exists
It started with a simple idea: what happens when you take people to places where mind and body find balance again? Where cold jolts you awake, height challenges you, and silence makes space?
We noticed something is changing there. People are stopping thinking and starting to feel. Tension is no longer a threat but a signal.
Since 2023, we've been organizing trips to Norway and Italy. Small groups, big experiences. Strangers become a tribe. That experience stays with you, long after you're home.
Q3 2026 we're opening The Hideout in Purmerend. No travel needed to grow. Just choose every week: do I do it or not? Coffee, ice baths, yoga, community. Close to home, deep in impact.
Freeze Your Mind is now more than just travel. It's a movement of people who live consciously. People who know that comfort is nice, but growth lies outside of it.

At Freeze Your Mind, everything revolves around the connection between body and mind. The brain represents consciousness, focus, and mental strength. The importance of self-reflection and training our minds to make conscious choices, even in stressful situations.

This symbolizes transformation and the power of change. It reminds us that precisely in moments of cold, silence, and challenge, space is created to grow, become stronger, and get closer to yourself.
