The story
Why Freeze Your Mind Exists
It started with a simple idea: what happens when you take people to places where mind and body find balance again? Where cold jolts you awake, height challenges you, and silence makes space?
We noticed that something is changing there. People are stopping thinking and starting to feel. Tension becomes not a threat but a signal. That's why we consciously and safely take people out of their comfort zone. Not to push boundaries for the sake of pushing them, but because that's where most growth occurs.
Since 2023, we've been organizing trips to Norway and Italy. Small groups, big experiences. Strangers become a tribe. That experience stays with you, long after you're back home.
The Hideout has opened in Purmerend. No travel needed to grow. Just choose every week: do I step out of my comfort zone or stay where I am? Coffee, ice baths, yoga, and a community that challenges and supports you. Close to home, deep in impact.
Freeze Your Mind is now more than just traveling. It's a movement of people who live consciously. People who know that comfort is nice, but that real growth begins the moment you consciously step outside of it.

The Tree of Life symbolizes growth, connection, and balance. It reminds us to be firmly rooted while continuing to grow, both physically and mentally.

At Freeze Your Mind, everything revolves around the connection between body and mind. The brain represents consciousness, focus, and mental strength. The importance of self-reflection and training our minds to make conscious choices, even in stressful situations.

This symbolizes transformation and the power of change. It reminds us that precisely in moments of cold, silence, and challenge, space is created to grow, become stronger, and get closer to yourself.

Fjord Line connects us with one of the places where Freeze Your Mind once began: Norway. As a partner, Fjord Line helps us bring our participants comfortably from Denmark to the Norwegian fjords. The crossing is not just transportation, but the moment when the adventure truly begins.
