An afternoon to slow down, breathe, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with gentle breathing, simple movement, and meditation to release tension and create space in both body and mind. From there, we’ll settle into a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, where you’ll be guided into stillness while experiencing the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience where the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls create a space for rest, relaxation, and inner stillness. As the tones resonate through the room, they can help calm the nervous system, soften tension in the body, and bring the mind into a more meditative state. There is nothing you need to do or achieve, simply allow yourself to be carried by the sound and enjoy the experience.
No previous experience with meditation, yoga, or sound practices is needed. You simply come as you are and allow yourself to slow down.
The intention of this evening is to leave feeling lighter, grounded, rested, and renewed. 🤍
The session will be guided by Luana, a yoga teacher and Sound Bath practitioner. Her passion is creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and simply be.
After the session, you are welcome to stay at Hideout, where the bar will be open and you can enjoy a drink, tea, coffee, or something from the menu while connecting with others and gently transitioning back into the evening.
